For our Client, Finnish producer of grain products, we are looking for a Sales Manager for European countries. The candidate will lead the generation of quality revenue growth, revenue retention and value through new business development, contract negotiations and execution of price strategies. The candidate in the position will establish a deep market, industry and regulatory knowledge that develops and maintains effective relationships with customers

Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategy, both in Poland and Europe.
- Assess and mitigate key risks to the business strategy.
- Meet yield, price, total revenue targets and standards.
- Lead the development and execution of contract implementing effective negotiating strategies.
- Develop creative solutions and make good value trades during negotiations.
- Identify, qualify and secure key business development opportunities.
- Develop customer relationships with customers.
- Ensure the opportunity pipeline is deep and robust with revenue growth opportunities.
- Organize numerous trips to customers, take orders, ensure the smooth running of payment terms.
- Report market information and activity reports.
- Visits events at the various fairs and events in the sector.
Job requirements :
Minimum of 5 years' experience in international sales among cereal or food producers.Professional sales experience in managing larger, high profile, national and international customers (food manufacturers that use cereals as a main ingredient).Excellent understanding of the company's products (cereals).Excellent understanding of key market segments.Ability to make decisions and solve problems.Extremely strong relationship and customer management skills.Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.Understanding of domestic and international / global commercial business.Very good knowledge of the English language.Availability for frequent business travels.Offer :
