Business Project Lead role manages large cross-functional projects of high complexity and digitalization aspects, e.g., Business Master Solution (BMS) rollouts and consolidation projects, merger projects.

The role contains the following responsibilities

  • Intensive cooperation with respective business partners (leadership team, process experts and IT)
  • Coordinates with the various departments to staff and deliver projects
  • Provides project planning and reporting
  • Manages the project scope, time, budget, contracting and quality according to relevant standards
  • Delivers the business case / profitability
  • Manages risks, resolving problems / issues and managing baseline changes

The role can lead, and direct activities defined in a large project with limited supervision (bi-weekly to semi-monthly), general semi-defined guidance with independent discretion applied. The role is responsible for Project team performance, both Internal and External, and must lead without having authority; capable of managing medium constraints and conflicts.

Your profile as Business Project Lead

  • Education – Bachelor’s, preferably Master of Science
  • Experience on similar position or long-time experience in complex projects as team member
  • Project Management knowledge. Nice to have Agile, Waterfall methodologies knowledge
  • Fluent English
  • Driving license
  • Decision making, conflict management skills, good communication and influence skills in cross functional / cross regional project teams
