The Order to Cash (O2C) team is a team of skilled professionals specializing in Customer Service and the overall Order to Delivery and Bill to Cash processes, Organization Models, Supporting Tools and Data Models. As an O2C Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to our international clients.
THE WORK
You will be part of the team responsible for the O2C Strategy : Operating Model definition, Service Strategy, O2C Process Transformation among other typologies of projects.
Gain knowledge about leading O2C IT solutions and work as a functional consultant, responsible for their implementation across all project phases : analysis, design, build, test, and deployment.
You will be involved in :
Process Optimization : Evaluate and analyze existing Order to Cash processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to streamline and optimize order processing, invoicing, and cash collection.
System Integration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Order to Cash systems and ensure seamless data flow. Provide expertise in configuring, testing, and troubleshooting Order to Cash modules within ERP systems.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) : Work closely with customer service and sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve order-related issues promptly. Implement strategies to improve communication and collaboration between departments involved in the Order to Cash cycle.
Reporting and Analytics : Design regular reports to track key Order to Cash performance metrics. Utilize data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Training and Knowledge Transfer : Conduct training sessions for end-users on Order to Cash processes and systems. Provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer to client teams to ensure effective utilization of implemented solutions.
We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

knowledge of end-to-end Order to Cash processes, including order processing, billing, credit management, collections, and cash application.
knowledge of Order to Cash systems and proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Significant exposure to Order to Cash processes
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken), and proficiency in another foreign language (e.g., German, Italian, Russian, French, Spanish) is an asset.
Project delivery experience.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent teamwork and ability to work in a distributed delivery environment.
