We're hiring anbsp; Senior Data Engineer nbsp;to join our client’s dynamic team, playing a critical role in shaping data-driven sustainability initiatives across Product Supply, Quality, and IT.

You’ll be a technical leader and hands-on contributor—helping define best practices, ensuring data integrity, and bringing continuous improvement to data workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
• Implement CI / CD pipelines for automated, reliable data delivery
• Leverage Databricks to build high-performance data solutions
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the platform
• Establish best practices for version control using Git
• Collaborate with the PS Sustainability team to translate business needs into actionable data insights
• Stay current with trends in data engineering and sustainability tech
• Contribute to a collaborative, agile working culture with shared ownership of product success

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

5+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar role

Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows

Proven expertise in building and managing CI / CD pipelines

Strong skills in Databricks and its ecosystem

Solid understanding of modern data warehousing principles

Experience working in agile environments and supporting digital transformations

Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical solutions to business stakeholders

Experience mentoring others and leading by example within your domain

Fluent in English

Bonus Skills

Experience with any of the following is a strong plus :

Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

Microsoft Fabric, particularly Power BI

No-code / low-code tools like Alteryx

The role is based in Poland with remote work in a global setting, including a 2-week onboarding in Copenhagen and occasional travel—twice yearly to Copenhagen and 2–3 short trips within Poland.
