Your role & responsibilities Develop, test, and integrate user interface software for marine vessel autonomy using C# and WPF. Collaborate with autonomy and UI teams to design communication interfaces that ensure seamless system integration. Debug, optimize, and maintain high-performance applications built for real-world maritime environments. Participate in real-world testing, including automated simulations and live vessel trials. Work closely with customer support to resolve issues and improve the user experience. Work within Agile (Scrum) workflows, CI / CD pipelines, and maintain documentation to ensure scalable, high-quality software development. What you bring to the team BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related engineering field. 3+ years of experience in .NET Framework and WPF, working with large WPF applications, preferably for commercial products. Proficiency in MySQL / MS SQL – database design, querying, and management. Strong understanding of software architecture, data modeling, and security best practices. Experience with modern software development practices, specifically version control, Agile methodology, and CI / CD workflows. Ability to collaborate with engineers across disciplines to integrate software and hardware systems. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a proactive approach to challenges. Familiarity with UNIX / Linux shell scripting. Experience collaborating with other functional teams to seamlessly integrate software and hardware systems.
