  • Demonstrable experience in managing PtP departments as Operation Manager
  • In-depth knowledge of PtP processes and SSC / BPO operations
  • Proven track record in driving process improvements and change management
  • Experience in cross-function collaboration
  • Practical experience in working with ERPs, such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Team leadership experience
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, Manage daily operations of PtP Tower within SSC, ,, Overall responsibility for quality delivery of PtP process, Ensure Team meets set key performance indicators (KPIs)., Serve as a point of escalation, Drive PtP process standardization, optimization and automation across Division, Collaborate with Procurement, IT, and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across PtP process, Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, tax regulations, and external audit requirements, Maintain vendor master data governance and ensure integrity of supplier records., Support SSC transformation projects, including ERP transitions, workflow tools and process reengineering initiatives., Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement., Prepare and present operational reports, dashboards, and metrics to senior stakeholders] Requirements : Degree, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Stakeholder management, Communication skills Additionally : Sport subscription, Private healthcare, Lunch card, Ubezpieczenie na życie.
