PTP Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced PTP Operations Manager to join our Client's team and support them in managing PTP processes and the team within a newly established Shared Services Center (SSC) based in Warsaw, which provides accounting services for companies in the EME region.

Responsibilities :

Provide leadership, guidance, and development opportunities to build and maintain a high-performing team

Oversee the daily operations of the PTP Tower within the SSC

Take full ownership of delivering high-quality PTP processes

Monitor and ensure the team consistently meets established KPIs

Act as the primary escalation point for PTP-related issues

Lead efforts to standardize, streamline, and automate PTP processes across the Division

Partner with Procurement, IT, and Finance teams to ensure effective integration and alignment throughout the PTP process

Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, tax laws, and external audit standards

Govern and maintain the accuracy and integrity of vendor master data and supplier records

Contribute to SSC transformation initiatives, including ERP system implementations, workflow enhancements, and process redesign projects

Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and ongoing improvement

Create and deliver operational performance reports, dashboards, and key metrics to senior leadership

Requirements : University degree

Solid experience in leading PTP departments in an Operations Manager role

Comprehensive understanding of PTP processes and operations within SSC or BPO environments

Proven success in implementing process enhancements and managing organizational change

Experience in effective collaboration across different business functions

Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Demonstrated ability in managing relationships with key stakeholders

Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams

Excellent communication skills, with full professional proficiency in English
