About the department
The Medical Affairs team is located in Coloplast HQ in Denmark. It includes 14 people of different nationalities whose main function is to engage with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in the medical community.
The team is responsible for 9 global key opinion leader advisory boards and hosts both physical and digital meetings. These meetings are crucial for both innovation of new products, as well as understanding the patient pathways and learning about developments within our field.
About the role
The Travel & Contracts Coordinator role is situated in CPBC, however, you would be collaborating with colleagues from the team in HQ, as well as engaging with HCPs on our advisory boards. You would have the chance to work in the medical affairs area.
The role includes assisting in planning and organizing international advisory board meetings, as well as managing HCP contracts, travel, accommodation and honorarium. This has to be done in a compliant manner and should always follow the legislation.
Contract details
Currently, we are able to offer a temporary contract for the period of 20 months with the possibility to be prolonged.
