Planning Specialist

Your responsibilities
- Create and monitor detailed weekly and daily production schedules for all production lines
- Prepare mid-term production plans, taking into account line capacity and labor availability
- Manage and control inventory levels for both finished and semi-finished goods, ensuring optimal stock days
- Maintain and adjust MRP parameters to support accurate and efficient material planning
- Work closely with departments such as Sales, Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, and IT to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee production monitoring and settlement, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with sister plants to ensure timely delivery of finished goods in line with customer and business requirements
Our requirements

Have 3–5 years of experience in planning processes, ideally within a production or supply chain environmentAre confident in making quick, well-informed decisions in a dynamic environmentAble to perform effectively and stay focused under time pressureAre naturally proactive, with a hands-on approach to challenges and continuous improvementHave a relevant education, e.g. LogisticHave solid computer skills with a strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelWorking knowledge of SAP system is a strong advantageFluent in EnglishWhat we offer
