We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the development and  execution of a diverse range of external and internal projects supporting our POS solution.  These projects include integrations with external systems and carriers as well as the  development of tools for internal use.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational  capabilities, and the ability to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams, including  product managers, engineers, designers, and sales professionals. The ideal candidate will  have a proven track record in managing software development projects, a solid  understanding of POS technologies, and the ability to excel in a dynamic, agile  environment. Experience in any of the following areas is a plus - Zoho CRM, retail  operations, Point-of-Sale, wireless / mobile industry, fintech (especially payments).

  • 3+ years of experience in an IT Project Manager / IT PM role;
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Experience managing software (80%) and infrastructure (20%) projects;
  • Practical knowledge of project life cycle and software development cycle;
  • English language at an advanced level - daily work with English-speaking  stakeholders;
  • Willingness to work during New York City business hours - working hours are  13 : 00 CET to 22 : 00 CET (7 AM EST - 4 PM EST);
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Experience in working with customers;
  • Technical Background (QA, BA, Development);
  • As a plus : Experience with ERP systems.
