Your responsibilities

Do you speak English and enjoy working behind the scenes to make processes run smoothly? Are you detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering a great experience for others? If so, this recruitment administration and coordination role could be the perfect fit.

Your Impact

  • Provide administrative support for the recruitment process, such as : scheduling interviews, updating the applicant tracking system, monitoring background checks, booking travels for candidates and coordinating high volume recruitment
  • Provide excellent service – work with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to give candidates a first-class experience
  • Monitor processes and suggest continuous-improvement actions for faster, more accurate hiring cycles

Our requirements

  • Fluent English, written and spoken, with a professional phone manner
  • Ability to work 2nd shift pattern : 3 p.m. – 11 p.m. (Mon–Fri)- please apply only if this schedule suits you.
  • Experience in a busy corporate, HR, or customer-service environment (recruitment exposure is a plus)
  • Continuous improvement mindset and a real can-do attitude
  • Strong accuracy, organization, and multitasking skills - you thrive on high volumes and tight deadlines
  • Solid command of Microsoft Office and experience with learning new HR systems
  • A customer-focused mindset and the confidence to work both independently and in a team
