Job title : Senior Treasury Specialist

About this opportunity : In this role as Senior Treasury Specialist , you will play a key part in managing the company’s daily liquidity and banking operations. You’ll ensure optimal cash positioning, support accurate forecasting through Kyriba, and handle foreign exchange transactions. Your expertise will contribute to month-end reporting and continuous improvement of treasury systems. This position offers a dynamic environment with opportunities to lead and support treasury-related projects.

Location : Warsaw - hybrid (8 days monthly from the office)

What you will be doing :

Managing daily cash operations, including ensuring adequate account balances to meet obligations, optimizing cash allocation and concentration, preparing and analyzing the Daily Cash Position, and maintaining effective communication with banking partners.

Supporting and updating the cash flow forecasting model using Kyriba (Treasury Management System) to ensure accurate and timely projections.

Executing foreign exchange transactions in accordance with internal policies and market conditions.

Preparing the Monthly Bank Balance Report and the Month-End Exchange Rate Report to support financial closing activities.

Contributing to treasury-related initiatives and projects, such as enhancing the functionality and utilization of Kyriba.

What you need for success :

Solid financial background with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Treasury functions.

Proven track record in managing daily cash operations, reporting across multiple accounts and entities, and handling foreign exchange activities.

Proficient in Office 365 applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong communication skills with fluency in English, both written and spoken.
