To further our success story, we are looking for a dedicated (Regular) Project Manager who will work closely with all organization domains (Sales, Engineering) to ensure excellent service for our Clients.

This role is customer-facing with significant internal responsibilities. Therefore, to be successful, you must be driven by a passion for customer satisfaction and excel in fostering long-term relationships.

• At least 3+ years of experience in IT (software development) and substantial experience in project and people management
• A deep understanding of managing customer expectations, feedback, and escalations
• A proven track record of delivering multiple high-quality projects to medium and large-sized clients
• A solid background in IT business management, with experience supporting budget, revenue, margin, and efficiency objectives.
• A passion for achieving top levels of customer satisfaction
• Extensive experience directly managing technical and cross-functional profiles
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Excellent  English and Polish  proficiency, both in writing and speaking (min. C1 level)
