Kontroler Produkcji / Production Cotroller

Your responsibilities

  • Controlling month end closure, forecasting and annual budgeting
  • Deviation analysis in production cost area
  • TWC capital analysis
  • Analysis of financial and non -financial KPIs along the Supply Chain
  • Continuous partnering with plant managers and CTO
  • Carrying out ad-hoc analyses
  • Actively support further development of the controlling systems
  • Take part in harmonization projects
  • Participate in Xella Group projects.

Our requirements

  • University degree in economics / finance / controlling / accounting
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in business analysis or cost controlling in production company
  • Knowledge of financial processes in industry and business understanding behind the financial numbers
  • Very good English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Responsible, independent working style
  • Proactive Can-Do Attitude with a willingness to learn and understand complex business models and systems
  • Target-oriented, team-capable, and strong communication skills

  • Knowledge of SAP-BW
  • Knowledge of TM1
  • Knowledge of German
