About The Role

As an Associate Principal Solution Architect – Salesforce Service Cloud, you will play a pivotal technical role in designing and delivering scalable, integrated Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for Dyson. Reporting to the Principal Solution Architect, you’ll translate business requirements into robust, future-ready architectures, support solution delivery from conception through go-live, and ensure successful integration across the technology landscape—including customer engagement platform

Key responsibilities :

Salesforce Service Cloud Solution Delivery :

Lead technical design and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud features—Case Management, Omni-Channel, Service Console, Knowledge, Live Agent, CTI, and automation.

Create detailed solution and integration architectures, technical specifications, data models, and capability maps aligned to Dyson’s strategic and security standards.

Collaboration & Technical Leadership :

Work closely with the Principal Solution Architect to ensure solution alignment with enterprise strategy and architectural governance.

Support technical teams by providing expert guidance on configuration, customization (Apex, LWC), and automation.

Conduct technical reviews and contribute to quality assurance, risk mitigation, and best practice adoption.

Integration & Cross-Cloud Solutions :

Architect integrations between Service Cloud and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, e-commerce, CMS) utilizing APIs and middleware.

Demonstrate a good understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud—enabling cross-cloud data sharing and delivering connected, omni-channel customer service experiences.

Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment :

Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to refine requirements, articulate technical decisions, and ensure solutions deliver on business goals.

Present architecture and technical solutions in clear, actionable terms to all levels of the organisation.

Continuous Improvement :

Stay abreast of Salesforce platform updates, identify areas for system improvement, and recommend

innovative technologies for scalability and performance.

Mentor and support technical team members in solution delivery and agile practices.

About You

You are a highly technical problem solver with expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and delivery, plus a solid understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its role in omni-channel customer engagement

Salesforce Service Cloud : Proven experience architecting and delivering end-to-end Service Cloud solutions (Omni-Channel, Case Management, Knowledge, CTI, automation, and integrations).

Salesforce Marketing Cloud : Good knowledge of Marketing Cloud’s capabilities and its integration with Service Cloud to create connected customer journeys.

Hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation tools (Process Builder, Flows), Apex, and Lightning Components (LWC / Aura).

Strong experience with system integrations involving REST / SOAP APIs, middleware, and other enterprise platforms (ERP, CMS, e-commerce).

Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and secure system design best practices.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience delivering technical projects with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments.

Relevant Salesforce certifications are highly desirable
