responsibilities :
Support day-to-day operational activities related to payment processing;
Analyze rapidly changing Visa and Mastercard documentation, assess its impact on the company, and coordinate the implementation of card scheme requirements in collaboration with other departments;
Support technical compliance topics and internal projects, translate business needs into clear requirements for the development team in JIRA;
Communicate with Visa and Mastercard regarding operational and compliance-related issues;
Evaluate existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement, including collaboration with other teams to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and implement automation solutions where applicable;
Maintain internal documentation related to card scheme requirements and process updates;
Prepare reports and summaries for management.

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal);
Experience in data analysis, business processes, or compliance-related roles;
High attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving;
Fundamental understanding of IT workflows and project management principles;
Self-motivated and capable of making independent decisions, with minimal need for oversight;
Ability to translate technical information into business-friendly language (and vice versa);
