How you will make an impact
Our Source to Pay (S2P) department keeps that system running smoothly by managing cash flow and paying vendors. We are searching for a Junior Accountant with Danish join our accounts payable team to be part of the process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.The accounts payable specialist will have both a day-to-day impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners.
Your main tasks would be :
- Verification invoices in Smart Scan
- Handling PO and non-PO invoices and credit notes in SAP
- Maintaining effective and efficient communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Handle Ad-hoc tasks and escalations
- Performing internal control checks
Additionally, part of your role will involve actively participating in process improvement projects and providing support to your direct supervisor in other assigned tasks.
