Your responsibilities
- Driving centralization of legal administrative activities
- Administrative support of handling corporate governance requests and annual compliance procedure of numerous entities around the world
- Gathering, verifying and supplementing information and documentation regarding legal entities and real estates in our central databases as well as generating reports from those databases
- Documents archiving, keywording and arranging signatures (including electronic signatures, e.g. via DocuSign) and respective quality controls
- Support of corporate projects on local and global scale
- Supporting AML requests and due diligence procedures (KYC / UBO) of Flint Group’s legal entities
- Cooperating with other Legal and Corporate Counsels, both locally and globally, as well as with various external providers and international law firms
- Being a part of global Legal Team and providing legal support to Flint Group’s global functions (finance, tax, treasury)
- Compliance with commitments and timelines in the implementation of actions
Our requirements
Fluency in English, knowledge of another language (preferably German, Dutch or French) will be a great assetAt least 2 years of experience in legal administration related position / legal firm / international law firm / internal law department or 4 years of comparable experience in another central unit of global companyExperience in working with international documents and corporate governance documentation (resolutions, minutes, extracts from trade registers and other standard corporate documents)General experience with Legal Tech (electronic databases, electronic signature tools) or similar toolsExperience in legal compliance and due diligence procedures (KYC / UBO) will be a great assetExperience in Real Estate will be a great assetVery communicative, proactive person with a can do attitude and solution-oriented approachAbility to work under time pressureAttention to details and good organization of work with ability to assign priorities to the tasksWhat we offer
