Opis pracy

responsibilities :

  • You will research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues;
  • You will diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration;
  • You will follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting;
  • You will properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers);
  • You will ensure all issues are properly logged.

requirements-expected :

  • A C1 level of Polish (both written & spoken)
  • A B2 level of English (both written & spoken)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role;
  • Hands-on experience with Windows / Mac OS environments ;
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.
