    • responsibilities :

  • Configure and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and web parts to enhance business processes.
  • Manage user permissions and access controls, ensuring secure and efficient collaboration.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize SharePoint site collections for various business units.
  • Diagnose and resolve SharePoint-related issues, including content, permissions, and feature problems.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement custom SharePoint solutions and applications.
  • Integrate SharePoint with other systems and platforms as required.
  • Provide user support and technical assistance to resolve SharePoint queries.

  • In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting SharePoint issues.
  • Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and provide user support.
  • Basic understanding of SharePoint development, including web parts and custom solutions.
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
