Our client is a global leader in the FMCG industry with a recognizable brand and high standards of business. It is a company that pays attention to sustainable development and social responsibility.

For this client, we are currently looking for a candidate for the position of ServiceNow Developer .

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow administration concepts and development best practices.
  • Experience and knowledge on integration of ServiceNow with third-party systems (via REST or IntegrationHub Spokes)
  • Proficient in requirement analysis and clear, effective communication.
  • Certified implementation specialist on one of the product : APP engine, HRSD, SPM or ITSM.
  • Experience working in Scrum / Agile teams.
  • Proactivity to understand the requirements and challenge with possible changes in the requirement to consider ServiceNow's best practices.
  • Availability to start as soon as possible or within a short notice period.

Responsibilities

  • Support the ongoing Source to Pay project as part of a remote Scrum team.
  • Develop and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform in line with best practices.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST APIs or IntegrationHub Spokes.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in team meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide proactive input on potential improvements.
  • Ensure alignment with ServiceNow development and administration standards.

    • Nice to have :

  • Experience with Supplier Lifecycle Operations or Playbook technology.
  • Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow front-end and portal development.
