Remote Accounting Analyst with Italian Language (OTC)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst with proficiency in Italian, Polish and English languages to join and expand our O2C (Order-to-Cash) team at Conduent.

The duties will include :

• OTC invoicing
• Error management
• Perform cash allocation activities and factoring
• Perform account reconciliation
• Perform month end closing activities accurately and on time, preparing accruals
• SLA assurance
• Communicate with internal customers, business unit, as required to ensure accurate resolution
• Comply with all AR policies and procedures
• Ability to research, analyze and resolve day-to-day operational issues
• Participate in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities
• Maintain an updated and approved process documentation
• Participate in knowledge transfer (absorbing knowledge, preparing proper documentation)
