We are looking for / Relationship Manager to join our Sales Solutions team. This role involves engagement with existing and new defined contribution clients (PPK, PPE, PPI / PPO).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribution to new business growth and retention of existing business across Defined Contribution buisness line
- Ongoing support of clients and broker network
- Participation in teams strategic projects and initiatives
- Bring new ideas and improvements to the way we work
QUALIFICATIONS :
Education : Master's degree in business or a related field.Experience : at least 3 years of experience in similar sales support / relationship management fieldFluent in English – understanding written and spoken investment content delivered in EnglishTechnical Knowledge : understanding of financial markets, macroeconomy, mutual fund productsPresentation Skills : excellent presentation skills of financial content and product to various groups of stakeholders with various level of knowledgeCommunication & Organization : Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple priorities with high degress of independence.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentMust be motivated and hard working, including possibility to travel often across PolandCuriostiy and eagerness to learn, change and adaptPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
CFA, stock broker or investment advisory license is a plus
