What's the role?
The Global Process Manager position is responsible for supporting the Global Process owner (GPO) and the Procurement team at HERE Technologies.
This person will support improvement to the Procurement process, create documentation (whether new contract templates, policies, standard operating procedures or training materials), audits and other process work as required (including communication and training internally as well as externally).
This position will develop trusting relationships within and outside the Global Procurement team to coordinate efforts.
The tasks will include (but will not be limited to) the following :
- Understand and promote compliance with the Procurement process and assist with the creation of the associated documentation
- Contribute to the identification of issues, risks, and improvement opportunities / process improvement activities within Procurement
- Draft Procurement policies and associated Standard Operation Procedures (SOP). Ensure the continuous cross functional review of the Procurement process to continuously collect feedback, generate proper communications and training, help manage compliance and non-compliance
- Draft contract templates in collaboration with the Legal function, job aids and instructions, workflows using tools
- Support process requirements definition and process redesign for the Procurement tools when needed
- Assist with the conduct of audits (internal and external) at HERE with the quality team with or without the Global Process Owner as well as risk management with assigned Category / commodity groups, if needed
- Promote best practices throughout the Procurement organization. Advise and support team in a Subject Matter Expert capacity (Category management, contracting,
- Conduct specific training as required by the GPO in the Procurement team or outside of the Procurement team
- Conduct research on best practices and other subjects as required
- Be flexible and open to taking on additional projects when necessary

Master’s degree preferably in Law or Business Administration8+ years in an analytical role (., Procurement, Legal Operations, corporate / internal audit). Experience working in a Procurement Center of Excellence is preferredExcellent writing and drafting skillsAbility to interface / engage / influence at all levels via strong written, oral, and presentation skillsCreativity in problem solvingDemonstrated ability to learn quickly. Attention to detailGood proficiency in MS Applications (MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint). Knowledge or willingness and ability to learn other tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, WorkVivo, JIRA, Procurement tools such as Coupa etc.Experience with process management (exposure to Policies and SOPs)Good communication, organizational and time management skillsInterest in continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends and technologyYou have strong work experience in the following areas :
