Responsibilities :
- Responsibility for comprehensive service of project implementation in electronic banking systems for clients of ICG Bank Handlowy
- Coordination of the preparing and execution UAT test cases for newly implemented functionalities and products
- Cooperation with other bank units in terms of defining changes to the existing banking products
- Cooperation with internal and external providers of solutions and services to fully and timely implement changes.
- Reporting and escalation of technical problems occurring on electronic banking platforms
- Conduct necessary analyses to address client needs
Qualifications :
A Bachelor’s degree in IT would be preferredStrong interpersonal, collaboration and teamwork skills.Experience in Transaction Banking and technology projects implementationProficient knowledge of English (written and spoken - min B2)Proficient knowledge of PolishProgramming would be a plusCiti Handlowy offers :
