Opis pracyDesign, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, or Power Automate. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into automated workflows. Perform testing and debugging of RPA bots to ensure accuracy and reliability. Monitor and maintain RPA bots to ensure smooth operation and address any issues that arise. Document RPA solutions and provide training to end-users as needed. Stay updated with the latest RPA technologies and best practices. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an RPA Developer or similar role. Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Programming skills in languages such as Python, or C#. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Experience with AI and machine learning integration. Experience in Global Business Services, shared services, or similar multi-functional environment Knowledge of database management and SQL. Certification in RPA tools.
