The opportunity
This position provides learning and development functional support for all departments within GDS Consulting Poland. Responsible for support the employee learning journey (focus on technical development) by coordinating training programs, managing systems and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities
- Manage the training procurement process (, placing and tracking training orders, working with the Finance local and global team).
- Coordinate technical development and certification programs.
- Prepare and maintain training reports and data analysis.
- Manage and maintain annual L&D budget.
- Support internal learning initiatives (, internal expert sessions, employee-led trainings).
- Participate in the onboarding process for new employees and interns.
- Act as a point of contact for external learning vendors and internal departments (especially Operations, Finance, S2P and Talent Development).
- Required to work closely with multiple managers and dedicated education’s SPOCs.
- Provides regular communication (L&D Information sessions, Shared Team Mailbox, Sharepoint publications)
- Coordinate upskilling and cross-skilling programs (internal L&D initiatives)
- Create and maintain documentation (charters, learning related reporting, process documentation, etc.) for L&D tech projects
