The opportunity

EY’s Global Compliance Function has undergone a transformation in response to EY’s All in strategy. A new approach to compliance management and culture, driven by a focus on the legal and regulatory compliances applicable to EY, as well as EY’s own key compliance policies, is the challenge that awaits the successful candidate. This opportunity provides the successful candidate the chance to play a key role in this journey and be a key contributor to the continued transformation and evolution of compliance at EY.

The role-holder will work with the Global Compliance leadership, as part of the Executive team on the key competencies established under this transformation. The role-holder would support various compliance priorities as EY’s global compliance processes are designed, built and implement in collaboration with key stakeholders. The successful delivery of outcomes will require the role-holder to support the development of compliance processes, technology, communications and methodologies, including building strong working relationships with the GDS GC team across locations.

Travel will be required on occasion for one-to-one and team meetings.

Your key responsibilities

Work alongside senior members of the Global Compliance team on compliance testing
Contribute to the design of compliance solutions and their feasibility testing
Manage various platforms used for Compliance Monitoring matters and support of the Enterprise Risk Management process
Run training sessions on behalf of Global Compliance
Analyse data to support the production of management reports using appropriate tools
Maintain guidance and training material relating to the compliance risks in scope
Drafting key process manuals, communication collateral and operational processes for review by senior members of Global Risk Management

Quick learner and keen to learn new team management platforms

Ability to work independently and within a global team, across locations

Excellent business writing, communication and presentation skills

2-4 years of experience in Compliance or Risk Management, with experience in communications would be a plus

English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication

Strong analytical skills
