responsibilities :

  • Supporting B2B customers (resellers, system integrators)
  • Tracking calls and cales in systems
  • Performing log analysis : parsing, indexing, pattern recognition, correlation analysis, etc.
  • Managing escalations by logging and tracking cases in systems
  • Securing and deepening client retention, contributing to an excellent customer support and recognizing / promoting suitable products and services
  • Technical advice including configuring software and servers

    • requirements-expected :

  • Fluency in German / Spanish / Italian (B2 / C1) and English (B2)
  • Knowledge of network equipment (firewalls, switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points)
  • Good knowledge of some of the following : HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL / SOQL, Java, C++, or other OOP

  • Contract of employment or contract of mandate
  • Salary : 49zł / h gross
  • Stationary work in Warsaw
  • Work Monday-Friday 9 : 00AM-5 : 00PM
