About the project
We're working with an innovative company building secure, scalable infrastructure for next-generation blockchain and cryptographic systems. They're looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong experience in GCP to support production blockchain infrastructure through automation and cloud-native tooling. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Web3 and cloud infrastructure.
Your responsibilities
Architect, build, and maintain infrastructure with a strong focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Deploy, monitor, and maintain blockchain infrastructure (e.g., nodes, validators, staking operations)Implement and optimize Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform and Ansible Own CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD or similar toolsManage and scale Kubernetes clusters and containerized environmentsCollaborate with protocol and platform teams to support secure, performant blockchain environmentsSet up observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, DataDog) and incident response toolingPromote a culture of automation, reliability, and cryptographic securityOur requirements
5–10 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure rolesAdvanced, hands-on experience with GCP in production environmentsDeep knowledge of automation and orchestration tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)Experience deploying and supporting blockchain infrastructure and Proof-of-Stake networksProficiency in scripting (Python, Bash)Hands-on Kubernetes and Docker experienceFamiliarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting systemsExperience with SQL and managing GCP-native database services such as Cloud SQL,BigQuery, and FirestoreGood understanding of security best practices in cloud-native environmentsOptional
