Key Account Manager with German / Dutch

Your responsibilities
- Manage the full order process from system entry to shipment and post-sales support
- Actively support the sales team and participate in the sales process
- Collaborate closely with internal departments : design, purchasing, production, and finance
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships
- Onboard new clients and guide them through our logistics platform and internal processes
- Work with ERP and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and workflow efficiency
- Monitor order status, anticipate potential issues, and proactively resolve them
- Analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction and retention
- Prepare and present regular status updates, reports, and performance metrics for key accounts
- Ensure timely and accurate communication between clients and internal teams
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products / services based on client needs
- Gather feedback from clients and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery
- Fully manage client orders, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through responsive, solution-oriented service
Our requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing roleFluent English – both written and spoken (daily communication with international clients)Fluent German or Dutch – both written and spoken (daily communication with international clients)Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentSales experience with international B2B clientsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindsetExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProblem-solving attitude and ability to work independentlyAbility to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive tasks to completionExperience with ERP and CRM systems is an assetAbility to effectively use AI tools and automation platforms to streamline communication, reporting, and internal workflowsPositive attitude, team spirit, and a proactive approach to challengesKnowledge of logistics, production, or merchandising processes is an advantageWhat we offer
