About the Client

Our client is an international crypto processing company working with businesses in high-risk industries like gambling. They provide secure crypto payment solutions that reduce transaction costs and help companies access global markets.

Role Overview

As a Business Developer / Sales Manager , you will drive direct revenue growth by targeting businesses across crypto-friendly and high-risk verticals. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closing — and help expand the client base by attending industry events, establishing strategic partnerships, and building trusted client relationships.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within the payments space;
  • Experience in a quota-driven, full-cycle Sales Manager, Account Executive, or Business Development role.
  • Experience in selling payment solutions. Knowledge of payment needs, flows, and challenges within various industries is preferred.
  • Previous experience working with PSPs, EMIs, payment aggregators / gateways, or crypto processors is considered a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work with low-, medium-, and high-risk merchants across various industries, understanding their specific payment needs and risk profiles;
  • Experience with inbound lead handling, outbound prospecting and referral-driven sales;
  • Advanced proficiency in English, and Ukrainian or Russian (Fluent B2-C2)

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle : from outbound prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Drive sales of crypto payment solutions via inbound leads, outbound outreach, and referral partnerships to high-risk verticals, including iGaming, Forex, and Crypto Exchanges and other high-risk merchants
  • Attend key industry events and conferences as a brand ambassador.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Analyse lead sources and partnership channels to determine ROI and optimise targeting.
  • Contribute to a data-driven, autonomous sales culture with ownership and accountability.
