The Job

  • Our client is looking for a client support and relationship engineer in Poland, preferably in Katowice. The position requires the candidate has the ability to follow up on production processes at client sites, handle production anomalies, and collaborate with R&D for structural upgrades and improvements, and regular maintenance of client relationships and site visits.
  • The Profile

  • Educational Background : College degree or above, proactive, with strong communication skills.
  • Language : Ability to communicate effectively with clients in English. Fluency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Technical Knowledge : Understanding of basic principles of automation equipment. At least one year of experience in equipment maintenance, with specific experience in maintaining connectors and automotive electronics equipment. Capable of independently troubleshooting equipment issues. Ability to read mechanical and electrical diagrams.
