Twój zakres obowiązków

• Support Partners’ retail networks by monitoring the trade-in process and supporting growth of the program.
• Provide ongoing support to Partners’ sales people conducting trade-in operations and answer incoming queries.
• Manage all Partner documentation (contracts, acts, reconciliations, etc.).
• Ensure the delivery of buyout devices (movement of goods from the partner to Breezy's warehouse).
• Maintain constant communication with Partners regarding discrepancies and accurate assessment of accepted equipment.
• Reduce discrepancies with Partners, focusing on decreasing the percentage of errors in quantity and value of accepted equipment.
• Provide operational support to partner companies in Trade-In processes.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations and organize settlements with partners.
• Reporting the results of inspections of POS and analyze the performance results of partners.
• Identify growth drivers and limitations, develop action plans to enhance efficiency and stimulate the buyout of equipment, and ensure the implementation of the plan.
• Act as the primary contact for Breezy with Partners, establishing long-term and mutually beneficial relationships.
• Provide guidance and consultative support to the sales staff of Partner networks.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations and organize settlements with partners.
• Visit partner sales points and analyze the performance of their staff.
• Initiate and oversee the execution of marketing activities, motivational projects, and programs to increase the volume of equipment buyouts.
• Regularly visit partner sales points and work with TIOs (salespeople of retail networks and telecom operators), provide regular recurring training sessions.
• Monitoring and assessing the quality of services provided at customer service points.
• Conducting regular inspections and audits at sales points.
• Identifying areas that require improvement and recommending corrective actions.
• Training staff on service standarts and company procedures.
• Reporting the results of visitations and analyzing the performance results of Partners.
