Hands-On Team Leadership & Development Work closely with team members on a daily basis – hands-on and operational involvement. End-to-End Campaign Ownership Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of 360° marketing campaigns (online & offline) with a strong emphasis on performance marketing and ROI. We are looking for someone who has : Education & Experience : 7+ years of experience in marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Proven hands-on experience – not just managing from a distance, but being actively involved in projects and campaigns. Demonstrated success in generating leads, accelerating sales pipelines, and proving marketing ROI. Soft Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – clear communicator and active listener. Team-oriented mindset – enjoys working closely with others and fostering collaboration. Empathetic leadership – leads by example, motivates and empowers the team. Operational approach – willing to roll up sleeves and get involved in day-to-day tasks. Fluent English and Polish (B2-C1 level). Technical & Business Competence : Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (CRM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media, content management). Solid understanding of digital marketing, customer journey, and performance marketing. Analytical mindset – ability to make data-driven decisions and measure impact. Budget ownership experience. Nice to have : Experience in fast-growing or startup environments. Experience with Google Workspace.
