For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of :

Accounts Payable Clerk with German and English

Miejsce pracy : Zielona Góra

Your main responsibilities :

Processing supplier invoices in accordance with established procedures and guidelines

Initiating vendor setup and managing supplier data in financial systems, when required

Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Preparing payment proposals and executing transfers according to the defined schedule

Timely reconciliation of the AP suspense account

Ensuring high-quality service to internal and / or external customers

Requirements :

Very good command of both English and German (minimum B2 / C1 level)

At least 6 months of experience in the Accounts Payable department

High sense of responsibility and reliability in task execution

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively

Good computer skills and familiarity with financial / accounting tools

Proficiency in MS Excel will be an asset
