Country Retail & Portfolio Manager - Commercial and Retail Lending

Our client is a global manufacturer of a diverse range of commercial and off-road vehicles. The company operates production facilities around the world and offers comprehensive technical support through its extensive network of sales and service outlets.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader for the position of Country Retail & Portfolio Manager, who will lead the team responsible for the area of retail and commercial lending (mainly heavy transport, construction machinery and agricultural machinery).
Responsibilities :
1. Commercial Lending
The goal of this role is to manage the commercial lending receivables portfolio in the Polish market, applying the Financial Services Strategy and priorities. Provide financing and lending solutions to dealers, generate third-party income, maintain portfolio quality, and achieve profitability targets. Ensure good service levels to the dealer network and all brands. Manage the Commercial Lending financing program.
- Defining lending terms and pricing offerings for dealers
- Managing credit limits for dealers
- Updating dealer accounts and monitoring their performance
- Cash collection
- Monitoring dealer behaviour and their financial condition
- Achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Reporting and communication
2. Retail Lending
Offering retail financing solutions to customers of brands, in order to support the sales by the brands and in order to support the development of the customer business.
Understand the customer39s business, their equipment purchasing needs and the financing opportunities relating to thisUnderstand the brand’s strategy, and support this strategy by offering retail financing solutionsWork with the brand teams in order to support their commercial potential by defining retail financing campaigns and communicationsIn coordination and collaboration with the brands, keep contact with customers and dealers in order to define and respond to financing opportunitiesContinuous contact with the financing partner in order to monitor the funding, pricing and margin impacts of the retail business and portfolioContinuous contact with the financing partner in order to monitor the portfolio performance, to minimize the risk cost and to help intervene in case of any payment defaultsRequirements :
8+ years of experience in the financial industry gained in a leasing company or with a manufacturerExperience in managing sales teams and building engagementExperience in cooperation with dealers / brandsAbility to develop business strategiesExperience in presentations and interactions with clients / dealersExperience in project / program management with large global customersExperience in account management and ensuring portfolio qualityWillingness to travel for businessVery good communication and written skills in Polish and EnglishHigher education (preferably in finance, economics, business management or related)Our Client offer :
