Avout the role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented I2C Rebate Analyst to manage rebate accruals, payments, and reconciliations across multiple systems and customer agreements. This role is key to ensuring financial accuracy and effective collaboration between Sales, Finance, and Customer Support teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate setup of rebate agreements in SAP / D to drive correct accruals and support timely reconciliation.
  • Review system-generated accruals against Sales Contracts; propose and follow up on necessary adjustments.
  • Finalize monthly sales rebate accruals (both SAP and non-SAP) and submit journal entries.
  • Reconcile rebates owed and paid to support periodic and year-end settlements.
  • Provide timely, clear information on rebate performance to Sales and customers.
  • Support customer audit requests by reconciling rebates as needed.
  • Respond to and resolve Sales and customer rebate queries.
  • Ensure correct allocation of rebate credit notes in line with company policy and customer instructions.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and minimum 1-2 years’ relevant finance experience, preferably in I2C.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a drive for results and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken); local language skills are a plus.
  • Proficient in ERP and financial systems; SAP (SD / BI) knowledge preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.
