For our Client, an international leader in consulting and digital services, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Administration Specialist, who is fluent in German and English to join team in Kraków.

Your responsibilities

handling HR-related tickets and requests in a timely manner, keeping clients informed,
logging all requests accurately in the ticketing system,
categorizing issues and assigning them to the right team member,
taking full ownership of client queries and following up on escalations,
participating in client discussions to improve processes,
answering incoming service line calls,
ensuring that all SLAs and KPIs are met.

Employer requirements

fluent German (C1) and English (B2+) - both spoken and written,

at least 2 years of experience in HR administration,

good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, SAP PHR, Workday, and ticketing tools,

strong communication and analytical skills,

attention to detail and good understanding of GDPR regulations,

strong time management and multi-tasking skills,

ability to understand client needs, think ahead, and solve problems proactively.
