We are looking for a recruitment partner in Zambia to collaborate on the recruitment of skilled workers for employment in Poland.

What we expect from our partner :

  • Experience in recruitment and candidate selection,
  • Understanding of the visa application process and the ability to assist candidates throughout the process,
  • Pre-selection and delivery of reliable candidates matching the required profiles.

  • Legal employment across Poland (employment contract or civil contract),
  • Assistance with obtaining a TRC (Temporary Residence Card),
  • 24 / 7 support for our partners,
  • Promotion of the new partner on our website to increase candidate flow.

    • We are looking exclusively for skilled workers :

    Welders (MIG / MAG / TIG),

    Steel structure fitters,

    Grinders.

    Candidate salary :

    USD to USD net per month depending on experience and position.
