Main responsibilities :
- Managing and supporting group of Accounting Supervisors / Team Leaders
- Coordinating and maintaining efficient and productive cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing KPI’s, SLA’ and performance
- Taking part in various projects in the area of accounting services and process optimization
- Reporting all activities and implementing new solutions
- Training and developing other employees
- Ensuring if all accounting processes are in line with corporate standards
