Senior Human Capital Consultant (fixed-term contract- 6 months)

Requirements Who we are looking for

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
• Must-have : Experience in HR Organization and Service Delivery Model design, end-to-end HR Process Design
• Thorough understanding of M&A processes and practice experience in at least 2 from the following areas : HR Strategy, HR Due Diligence and M&A, HR Organization Maturity Assessment, Employee Experience, HR Shared Services Centre transformation, HR Technology assessment and implementation, HR Project Management, Compensation Strategies and Plans
• Consulting experience and / or experience in global HR, Human Capital projects
• Maturity to work with senior executives, clients and stakeholders
• Agile and creative mindset when problem solving and troubleshooting
• Experience in core HCM systems and enabling technologies (Workday / SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM / ServiceNow) deployment would be a strong asset
• Proficiency in English and Polish at a C1 level
• EU passport
