Your responsibilities

Assign and track training using WorkRamp LMS, ensuring course completions and resolving platform-related issues
Maintain and organize LMS folder structures to support intuitive navigation and content accessibility
Coordinate with teams to identify training needs, update materials, and support content creation
Share templates and promote best practices across departments
Design and develop training programs focused on soft skills and manager development
Identify content gaps and report analytics to inform learning strategies and improve engagement
Collaborate with managers to align product training with business goals and assess new hire readiness
Improve training processes by monitoring effectiveness and implementing feedback-driven enhancements

Our requirements

Proven experience in Learning & Development or a similar role

Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (preferably WorkRamp)

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to create and manage engaging training content, including soft skills and manager development programs

Experience in analysing training needs and delivering tailored solutions

An analytical mindset for reporting training metrics and improving programs based on feedback

Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Knowledge of instructional design principles and e-learning tools is a plus

Availability to work from the office 2–3 days per week

Fluent Polish required

Residing in Poland required

This role involves managing the LMS system, coordinating content creation, and developing employee development programs.
