- A minimum of 3 years of experience working as an HR Manager with similar challenges
- Ability to build and manage a team - both hard and soft HR
- Experience in a dynamic business or start-up environment - experience in the medical services or retail industry is a plus
- Maturity, decision-making ability, and willingness to take responsibility for those decisions
- Knowledge of English at a level that allows you to communicate freely.
- Experience in preparing HR documents, including drafting and managing documentation for contract conclusions and terminations
- Effective management and drafting of HR policies and strategies
- Communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships - examples of cooperations with management
