Location : Warsaw

Your daily tasks :

Providing the highest level of customer service (E-mail / Phone);
Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;
Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction.

What do we expect from you?

Language : Proficiency in either Italian or Spanish (C1) and English (B1-B2) - Italian + English or Spanish + English;

Experience : Cool if you have experience in sales;

Technology : Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills, technical skills;

Personality : Motivated and enthusiastic.

Working conditions :

Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students or employment contract for non-studying employees);

Basic salary + bonuses;

Working hours : 9 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm, Monday - Friday (8 hours a day);

On-site work in our new office in Warsaw
