We are seeking a Data-AI Analyst with strong business acumen and technical expertise in data science and AI to join our client, a leading company in consulting and digital transformation.
  • The ideal candidate has experience in machine learning, deep learning, and the latest GenAI frameworks, combined with hands-on skills in SQL, Python, advanced Excel, and data modeling.
  • Location : Warsaw, Poland
  • Work Setup : 100% Remote work (with travel to client sites in Katowice / Krakow ~20%)
  • Rate : 90 PLN / hour net + VAT (B2B contract)
  • Languages : English (B2+ Required)
  • Start date : ASAP / depending on candidate availability

    • responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to review ideas and assess business cases from a data-driven perspective
  • Identify and troubleshoot potential data quality issues; recommend improvements
  • Analyze data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities using statistical and AI techniques
  • Design and implement machine learning models and leverage modern GenAI tools and frameworks
  • Support the development and deployment of deep learning models where applicable
  • Create and maintain data models and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting and analysis
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment
  • Translate business requirements into data requirements and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

    • requirements-expected :

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business / data analytics or data science roles
  • Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis and model development
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with machine learning and deep learning
  • Familiar with the latest Generative AI (GenAI) frameworks and tools
  • Demonstrated experience with data quality assessment and remediation
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong data modelling capabilities
  • Strong analytical thinking with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially with global stakeholders
  • Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into actionable data tasks
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
  • Fluent in Polish and proficient in English (B2 / C1 level)
