Job Description

The Position

A core member of Europe East and Israel (EEI) HR team. Acts as HR business partner for HR across EEI to deliver value-added services to management and employees in alignment with Organization strategic objectives.

Consults and coaches’ managers on different HR processes such as talent management, organizational and cultural transformation, performance management, compensation and benefits, labor law, employee relations, and miscellaneous HR solutions. Drive implementation of HR strategy, HR Operating Model, and acts as compliance steward in HR related matters.

Responsibilities

Understands Company strategy and business priorities and supports its implementation.

Partners with divisional and business leaders across EEI on all HR related matters.

Analyzes people related trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies to support organization strategy and improve employee experience.

Acts as a change agent for cultural transformation, building culture of diversity and inclusion.

Supports to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.

Maintains in-depth knowledge of labor law legal requirements & company SOPs.

Partners with the legal department as needed / required, provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.

Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.

Designs and drives programs across EEI in the area of talent management, diversity and inclusion, C&B and budgeting & forecasting.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

Excellent communication, analytical and consulting skills.

Excellent English language command.

Ability to develop a good understanding of business issues and identify and deliver HR solutions to meet business needs.

Ability to understand data and propose data-driven solutions.

Travel : 10-20%

More than 5 years’ experience in HR function, preferably in multi-national corporate environment

Bachelor’s degree in : Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational development or a related field
