About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Technical Product Owner to join our team, responsible for our sales enablement platforms — a new core tools that will be supporting our commercial organization. Those platforms will play a vital role in how we deliver content, insights, and engagement capabilities to our sales teams.
Your responsibilities will include :
Serving as the central point of accountability for the platform’s efficacy and evolution
Working multi-functionally with project sponsors, business partners, internal IT, and external vendor teams to ensure the solution continues to meet our needs as it grows and evolves
Driving and completing configuration and improvements to the platform, ensuring seamless integration with broader ecosystem we’re building - from data propagation perspective, to information architecture and flows, to user experience we’re striving to provide
Designing and managing processes for platform maintenance and development
Planning and driving periodical platform operations (like refreshes, updates, new features implementations, rollouts)
Tracking usage metrics, analyzing feedback, and iterating on capabilities to support continuous improvement
Supporting efforts for adoption, communication and enablement for the platform

About You
Basic qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Implementation Consultant, or Technical Project Manager.
Consistent track record configuring, managing and implementing SaaS-based tools or platforms, ideally within the Sales Enablement, Content Management, or Commercial Operations space.
Data-savvy, experienced working with standard and creative data analysis methodologies and tools
Comfortable engaging on topics like platform configuration, data flows, APIs, and integration points with business and technology stakeholders
Other qualifications
Strong blend of technical and business skills, with the ability to communicate optimally across stakeholder groups.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience working in agile environments, prioritizing product backlogs, and coordinating across multi-functional teams.
Experience working with Mediafly or Seismic or Showpad or similar platforms considered a strong plus
Experience working with Salesforce considered a plus
