The Site Reliability Engineering team plays a crucial role in this journey. It’s a high-performing, cross-functional squad focused on ensuring the platform’s scalability, reliability, and operational excellence. Engineers in this team work closely with product-aligned squads to build internal tooling, improve service performance, and drive adoption of best practices across the tech organization.

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer with strong Java skills, particularly in the context of microservices.
• Deep understanding of operational performance, monitoring, debugging, and optimizing distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message-based systems.
• Experience with modern observability tooling (e.g., logs, traces, metrics).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills – you enjoy working cross-functionally and helping others grow.
• Passion for sharing knowledge, whether through mentoring or leading training sessions.
