  • Preparing controlling reports based on accounting data to support decision-making
  • Forecasting the financial and tax performance of ongoing and future projects
  • Supporting quarterly Net Asset Value (NAV) reporting for the Fund
  • Delivering regular financial reports to management
  • Enhancing and automating existing reports and Excel tools to improve efficiency
  • Cooperating with external accounting firms and auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Collaborating with HQ on the consolidation of financial statements
  • Contributing to digital transformation initiatives and the optimization of financial processes
  • Providing day-to-day financial and analytical support to internal stakeholders

    • International real estate companyIndependent role reporting directly to Finance Director

    • Master degree in Finance, Accounting or any other related field
    • At least of 5 years of professional experience in controlling, accounting or audit
    • Knowledge of commercial real estate industry
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Good command of English (min. B2) - every day collaboration with the Group
    • Very good knowledge of Polish Accounting Act and financial statements (BS, P&L, CF)
    • Strong ability to work with and analyse data from multiple sources
    • High level of ownership, responsibility, and drive
